This site collects only what it needs: what you send through the contact form, and, if you say yes, anonymous analytics about how the site is used. DYAD Marketects does not sell your information, does not run ads, and does not share your details with anyone for marketing.

This website, dyadgrow.com, is run by DYAD Marketects, a branding and marketing studio based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, founded by Vincent King. When this policy says "we," "us" or "our," it means DYAD Marketects. Questions about privacy can go to dyadmarketects@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form, you send us your name, your email address and your message. We only receive what you choose to type in.
Analytics (only with your OK)
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which sections are viewed, roughly where visitors are located (city or region level), what type of device and browser they use, and how they found the site. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser to do this. If you reject them, or haven't chosen yet, Google Analytics runs in a limited mode that does not store analytics cookies on your device.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) and the services listed below may automatically receive technical information when your browser loads the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. This is standard for delivering web pages and keeping them secure.
Cookies and similar technology
- Your cookie choice: we save whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies in your browser's local storage, so we don't ask you again every visit. This is necessary for the site to remember your choice.
- Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga): set only if you click "Accept all." They help us measure visits and usage.
- YouTube: if you press play on a video, YouTube may set its own cookies for that player.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels for ads.

Services we rely on
We use a few trusted services to run the site. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Web3Forms: delivers contact form messages to our email inbox.
- FormSubmit: delivers giveaway entries (with the photo or video you attach) to our email inbox.
- Google Analytics: site usage statistics (only with consent for cookies).
- YouTube: plays the videos on our About page. Videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play; the preview images come from YouTube.
- Google Fonts: serves one of the typefaces used on the site.
- GitHub Pages: hosts the website.
- Gmail: where inquiries are received and answered.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to respond to you and for normal business records, then delete them when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in our Analytics account.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your analytics consent at any time using the buttons above. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or state privacy laws in the US. Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, such as social media profiles, client websites and our Google Business Profile. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we aren't responsible for them.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
The site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to inquiries to the people who need to respond to them. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
